For Android users, an OTG micro-USB or USB-C adapter (not provided) can be used to connect the microscope to OTG-compatible devices, such as smartphones and tablets. The microscope draws its power from the USB connection, so you can turn a compatible Android device into a fully-portable digital-microscopy system! Software The included mini-CD offers basic imaging software for Windows and Android. One Windows application allows you to capture photos, and use measurement tools. Another application records videos. For Mac OS, Photo Booth can be used to view a live stream, and capture images.
