I have shared our cleansing ritual bellow, but you will find what works best for you!

Firstly, I open any windows + doors so that the 'negative' energy can escape. Then light the end of the stick for 20-30 seconds then blow it out. I then project my affirmation in the space and start my cleansing. To be safe, I hold a ceramic bowl underneath the stick to allow the ash to collect.
