The Opinel No8 stainless steel/olive is a luxurious pocket knife with a stainless steel blade and an olive wood handle. The knife is made of Sandvik 12C27 steel, this steel is completely rust-free thanks to an addition of chrome. The blade is sharpened in an exclusive convex profile, this profile guarantees a strong blade and allows easy and efficient re-sharpening. The handle is made of genuine Mediterranean olive wood.
