Hearts are measure of "health" in LEGO Worlds. Hearts generally represent 2 "hit points" as a measure of how much damage can be taken by a Character, Creature, Vehicle or the Player themselves. Players start with 4 Hearts, and can purchase more from the Trader for 100,000 studs each, up to a max of 20 hearts. Hearts do not regenerate over time (unless the Player has selected a Character with "Regeneration" such as the Vampire or Dragon Wizard). Health can be removed by attacks from other Players
