Bourguignonne set composed of: casserole with long handle in 18/10 stainless steel with heat diffusing bottom and handle in black wood, cast-iron holder, burner and tray in 18/10 stainless steel. Size: Pan Dia 16 cm, CL 200 Designed: 2003 Italy Stefano Giovannoni Born in La Spezia in 1954, Stefano as an architect and designer was taught by Buti at Florence University. In the early 80’s he founded the King-Kong Production Group along with Guido Venturini.
